Excellent hotel. Great location, clean rooms, nice pool and good food. Staff was very nice and helpful, in particular Sinem who gave us complimentary tea and coffee and showed us the best places to visit and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Definitely enjoyed our stay! 10/10

Don’t go here, POLICE HAD TO COME! This hotel is terrible. The staff is very rude and never says hello to you. When we went to check out, they wrote down very strange amounts for times when we weren’t even at the hotel and we supposedly had to pay a high amount for drinks. We said we weren’t going to pay this and wanted to hail a taxi. Then a man from the hotel grabbed my suitcase saying I wasn’t allowed to leave. The police had to come. The police completely agreed with us. This hotel tried to scam us. I never take the time to write a review, but I want to prevent everyone from going to this hotel. We had reserved and paid for a room here and someone knocked on the door saying we had to leave that same day because a reservation had come in where people wanted to pay more per night. I have never encountered so much rude staff together. We came into the reception in the evening and the man behind the reception didn’t say hello. We said something about this and he said ‘I was watching a movie.’ You don’t get what you pay for here. Do yourself a favor, there are so many beautiful hotels in Bodrum, you will really regret it if you book here. The owner of the hotel has a rude attitude and kept walking past in the hallway without even saying hello. When we said we weren’t going to pay for the drinks that were wrongly charged, she could suddenly talk.

Never don’t come for here the manager is extremely un respectful. Every day, been charge us extra money because we kept the place clean, and the money was distributed among the workers. I’ve never seen such un respectful and rude and very ugly face manager in my life. However, they also threaten to call the police.
