We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip — first in a standard room when we arrived in Seoul, and later in a deluxe room after returning from Busan. We truly appreciate the hotel’s helpfulness in allowing us to store two large suitcases during our time in Busan. This made traveling so much easier, and the check-in process upon our return was smooth and hassle-free. Staff were also consistently polite and professional. One of the features we appreciated most was the self-service laundry area. The hotel provides two washing machines and two dryers, along with vending machines for detergent and fabric softener, and even a coin exchange machine. Be prepared for a queue during peak hours, especially after 8pm. We also liked that the rooms have no carpet, which made them feel cleaner and more hygienic. However, we encountered the same issue in both rooms — water leakage during showers. In the standard room, the bathroom had a shower area separated by a screen, but water still seeped out into the toilet area. Additionally, the air conditioner in that room operated intermittently based on room temperature, which disrupted my sleep during the first two nights until I set it to a very low temperature. The deluxe room was much more spacious, but it only had a bathtub (no standing shower), and the bathroom and toilet shared the same space. Unfortunately, water overflowed from the side of the tub during showers, leaving the bathroom floor soaking wet. On the bright side, this room had central air conditioning, which didn’t have the same issue as the first room. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with thoughtful amenities, location is good , but some room design issues could be improved.

I do not recommend this hotel. There are better choices for less money and better location nearby. Additionally, this hotel does not take safety concerns seriously. I initially booked this hotel for a week long stay for 5 including 2 children. Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Wasn't until we settled down for the night that we noticed issues. Many faulty or broken items in the room like wall lights, shower shelf, sliding doors in bathrooms that would stick or not stay closed. Almost the entire floor is a hard marble like surface, including the bathroom and shower, which is extremely slippery when wet. There is also a marble like coffee table that must weight over 100 pounds sat on a flimsy metal frame, ours had loose screws. I had 2 young children traveling with us, and this hotel was not safe for them. There is also a very small but quite busy street in front of the hotel, as well as a smoking park 50 meters away. Just not a good area or hotel for kids. The shower also had low pressure and Luke warm water, in the evening and morning. This is a 2 star hotel at best. They lack the facilities of an actual 4 star hotel. I took my concerns to the hotel manager the next morning, a few hours before check out, to let them know about the issues and that we were going to change hotels. The manager told me that safety was not a valid reason to leave the hotel, and that they would have to charge me for a 2nd night as they would not be able to clean the room. I pointed out that yes, in fact, safety is a reason to leave the hotel. I will not risk my kid's health. I also pointed out that it was 2 hours before check out and you have plenty of time to clean the room. They then went to talk to someone out of site and came back to let me know they cannot sell the room tonight and that it is hotel policy to charge me. OK, whatever, I'll deal with it later, but I'm leaving your unsafe hotel. The hotel manager had the opportunity to handle this situation much better than they did. That's on them. The amount of positive reviews for this hotel, upon further inspection, are questionable. I thought I did a good job of researching hotels but I got fooled on this one. Don't repeat my mistake.

False Advertising: No Soundproofing, No Rest I booked 7 nights at ENA Hotel through Expedia after reading tons of reviews and carefully checking the property details, especially the claim that rooms are soundproof. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely false. First night, we were trying to rest after a rough travel day, but it was impossible. We could hear kids screaming and jumping in the room next to us, a man shouting and even sneezing, all through the walls. Every time someone opened or closed their door on our floor, it slammed hard and echoed. On top of that, there was constant construction noise outside and footsteps from surrounding rooms. There’s absolutely no peace or privacy here. The room was spacious and the front desk staff were friendly, but none of that matters if you can’t sleep. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has such high ratings. We would’ve preferred a smaller room at a quieter, more restful hotel. If you value sleep and relaxation, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Would not recommend.
