Encantos Golden Hotel

Room was excellent! Our balcony was facing the east, where the sea was literally across the street and you could watch the gorgeous sunrise. Shower was perfect! Easy to adjust to desired temperature and excellent flow of water. The staff was also very hospitable and kind. They even went out of their way to accommodate for my autistic son's special needs and our family truly appreciated that. The pool and the gym are decent, but don't expect anything outstanding. Breakfast is included in the rate and was very good. That said, dinner at the hotel restaurant is something I would recommend because the serving is quite small for the price they charge. Another small downside is that parking is paid separately (20 BRL/night) and is not covered. I would recommend this hotel with no hesitation for family vacation. Overall, a great experience!

Good hotel, however expect check in to take at least 30 minutes. I have never been at a hotel with a slower check in/check out process.

I stayed here after my flight was cancelled. At one point, one of the hotel employees opened the door (without knocking and while I was inside) and told me that I needed to change rooms. He instructed me to go down to the recepcion and when I did, the clerk told me that they would change my room eventually. It never happened. Very disrespecrfull. Strongly not recommended
