Enchanted Retreats at West Ford Devon

March 2024 My family stayed in Groom Cottage on this delightfully welcoming estate. Nothing was left to want and we all had the most relaxing stay including the dogs ( not having to travel to the walks out of the cottage were a very welcome bonus). We’ve just returned from a great weekend away. We stayed in Carter Cottage which was a lovely three bedroomed Cottage. The cottage was beautifully decorated and was incredibly well equipped. The owner met us on Friday evening to let us in, she was incredibly friendly and helpful. The log burner lit ready for when we arrived plus a lovely bottle of rose and some homemade flapjacks which was delicious. The cottages are set within lovely grounds surrounded by amazing views. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Simply amazing!!! We’ll be coming back in the summer.

A fabulous out of the way retreat. Cottage we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very serene. There was an added bonus of a pool plus great playground and fairy trail. Good walks for dogs - as long as you don't mind them eating sheep poo!
