This was my second time staying at The Enchantment resort and both times have been such a beautiful stay. This time we celebrated our wedding anniversary and all the staff at the resort were so, so kind and attentive. All of our encounters with the staff were great. I love coming back to this place because of its location. Every day you wake up and look around at the beauty of the red rocks. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and has all the things we would need. All the meals were delicious at the resort restaurants. The pool is slightly heated so it is a welcome relief after a full day of hiking. The spa is wonderful and everyone really goes out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. I can’t wait to come back here.

I had the most wonderful stay at Enchantment Resort! From the breathtaking views to the exceptional staff and top-notch services, everything was perfect. I celebrated my birthday here and honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place—it felt so special. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly memorable getaway, and I will definitely be coming back!

We chose Enchantment Resort because of its spa reputation, but our stay was filled with issues and ended in a serious security violation that management has failed to address. We had repeated problems with our room keys and were initially blamed by staff for deactivating them ourselves by storing them with our cellphones. We had three keys which all stopped working. We didn’t store them this way. Only after returning for the third time were we told there was likely an issue with the door lock. They told us to use a different door and that security would come look at the lock but gave us no timeframe, only that we’d need to be present. Later, while we were inside the room, two men entered unannounced. There was no knock and no verbal announcement. We were startled to suddenly hear voices. When my mother confronted them, they identified themselves as security but refused to show any ID, saying, “we don’t need ID—we’re security.” That is unacceptable at any level of hospitality, let alone a luxury resort. They were asked to leave. I called security to confirm who they were, and the woman I spoke to, who wasn’t there, argued with me about what happened. She insisted they had badges and that we knew they were coming, as if that somehow justified walking into our private space without warning or identification. It does not. On top of this, we were notified upon arrival that they would be performing fire drills the week of our stay. This was disappointing and notice of this prior to arriving would’ve been appreciated. On top of that, our spa appointments, which we booked in advance and the main reason we came, were canceled due to a sprinkler malfunction from the fire drills. We submitted a formal email to Enchantment Group’s corporate address and received no response. We tried to handle this privately, but our experience was repeatedly dismissed. Enchantment’s beautiful setting doesn’t excuse the complete breakdown of communication, safety protocol, and basic respect for guests.
