Endeavour Court Motor Inn

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay. Dubbo was a stop off and didn’t need much more than a bed but was delighted by this place. Awesome location, rooms are super clean, little towelettes and hotel toiletries, a well stocked mini bar with displayed prices. Location is also awesome, off the main drag but you wouldn’t know for how quiet the rooms are, and coffee shops just across the road. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and took a business card to come back.

Very disappointed with customer hospitality- read other reviews about how friendly this motel is- so not our experience. Welcome was cool not even a smile, next day we asked politely for a bed topper as I found the bed hard. I was told it had one, and made to feel my request was unreasonable- told it had one, (which it had only a mattress protector), the verbal and body language was clear that it was such an inconvenience for him. Very disappointed and don’t believe this is a friendly place as it certainly wasn’t our experience. The room was a good size, bathroom nice and clean. Linen was nice. The dust under the glass on the bedside tables wasn’t great, but otherwise the room looked well dusted. A stay these days isn’t just about the room but the experience and sadly this stay was not great.

The Rooms were probably the Best part honestly and even that wasn't 100%. It was Clean and Tidy but the Air conditioner/heater Didn't work and when it was on it blew out a strange smell and Made Noises and Luckily we always pack our own because There was no Body wash or soap available. The Service was absolutely appalling.. I've never been spoken so rudely and arrogantly by someone from hotel management before. He criticised my parking because I was Just over the line. He was quite rude and spoke like he was better than us and then charged us $10 more than what was listed and what we were told then when we told him that we were pensioners he said well I'm not putting that discount on now should've thought about that beforehand." There was nothing complimentary, and sugar and coffee sachets were $3 per serve. EVEN though their Website says "Breakfast included". After being asked he said we keep it up to get more service and offer a packet of cereal if people really want it. This place was Definitely overrated.. great for a sleep and a A shower but I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel with the way service was. Definitely won't be going back.
