During our stay at this hotel, we were consistently impressed by the friendly and professional staff, who made every wish come true with their attentive service. The breathtaking views from Relax room were complemented by the most amazing sunsets, painting the sky in vibrant hues that left us amazed each evening. You have to try their restaurant, each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, showcasing the talent of the chefs. From the exquisite presentation to the rich tastes, dining here was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely my favourite place I have to visit every year.

We chose this hotel because of the sauna, and it did not disappoint. The facilities are well-maintained, the spaces are spacious enough, and there are beautiful areas to relax. One thing I would like them to improve is the sauna's operating hours. It currently closes at 8 PM, but it would be better if it stayed open until 9 or 10 PM. It is located at the top of a hill, offering a beautiful view.

I’ve been here twice over winter time. In total 5 nights, every time we have dinner there as well. I will give a 5 star if it’s not bcuz of its restaurant. Spa is good. corridor and room are clean, big and smell nice. Totally worth the price. However restaurant, I probably really am not the target customer. We tried tasting menu, and together with my husband we tried quite some variety of its other meal. And I have to say I dislike all of them, salty (overuse of various pickles + vinegar + sea salt while not able to control the overall amount of salt to an acceptable level). Overuse of beetroot, but this thing is not only providing sugar taste but also turns out quite outstanding for any of the dishes. Grilled pork neck not properly dealt with the stinks of the meat before cooking, and with tomato seasoning it removes bit heavy feeling from the meat however also adding up unnecessary amount of sour taste on top. Trout as well, weird combination of pumpkin creamy sauce, and fish with quite big smell in the taste. Overall comments for the kitchen is, seems like not able to balance the taste and not able to make different ingredients embrace each other, instead they are dancing solo in my plate… I’m sorry for those comments but they’re my real feeling, next time I’ll still probably stay in the hotel however bring my own food for the evening, because there’s also not much choice around in winter evening.
