A very good option, one of Universal's least expensive. Good facilities, a nice room, and a great pool. Shuttle service to the park runs very frequently. But it's still expensive.
I recently stayed at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort, and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, clean rooms, and a convenient location for visiting the parks. However, there were a couple of frustrating issues that kept it from being a great stay. First, the check-in process took way too long. The line was extremely slow-moving, and after a long day of travel, that was not ideal. It definitely needs improvement. The biggest disappointment was with room service. I placed an order for food, waited a long time, and it never arrived. When I followed up, I found out they had canceled my order without notifying me. That was really frustrating, as I was left without a meal and had to scramble for other options.
Upon check-in, we had to wait for an hour, standing in line, with very few staff serving us.
