A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality.. From the moment we arrived at Beach Star Hotel Ibiza, we felt incredibly welcomed. Especially by the hotel manager, whose warmth and openness truly made a difference. Initially, we weren’t fully satisfied with our room, but instead of excuses, we were met with understanding and immediate solutions. The manager personally took the time to walk with us and offered us the choice between two alternative rooms that might better suit our needs. Thanks to her thoughtful approach, we ended up in a room where we enjoyed a truly wonderful stay. What stood out most was her genuine kindness, social nature, and willingness to go the extra mile, not just as a manager, but as a human being. When we shared that we are artists from the Netherlands, she immediately showed interest and even discussed possibilities for us to perform at the hotel. Her enthusiasm was refreshing and heartfelt. We’re deeply thankful for her positive energy, hospitality, and openness. Beach Star Hotel Ibiza is without a doubt a place we would recommend to anyone visiting the island. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Big thanks to the whole team at Beach Star Ibiza! We stayed at the hotel and had several meals by the pool. The atmosphere was great, super chill, and the service was amazing! Special mention to Helena and Alejandra – always smiling, friendly, and very professional. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Just back from staying at the hotel. Pool area and music was great. Room clean and functional with view of the bar. Breakfast is good expect for the yogurt on my eggs benny 😂 random. Staff pretty surly in general especially around the pool, bar and at breakfast but that seems to be the norm in the area. Lots of noise at night from party’s in rooms and doors banging. The locks on room doors are stiff so get slammed. Also, the last night of our stay was a bit warmer and the AC was terrible and did nothing other than make a noise really. It wasn’t even that warm 😂
