Enea Hotel Aprilia

Staff very helpful indeed. Room smart and comfortable. Not a particularly nice location, being between a large retail park and lots of industry, but it was quiet inside. I slept well. No hot food for breakfast, but a good selection of pastries, cereal and juices.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and we had a lovely time. Very nice hotel, with a good breakfast selection. The view from our room was great, the customer service from hotel and restaurant staff was fantastic. There are at least two shopping malls nearby which were nice. We had the pleasure of meeting the Room Division Manager who was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

I need to preface this by saying that I had a flight canceled and the airline arranged this hotel and rooms for all of us from the flight With that being said, the service deserves more than five stars. on short notice, a hundred people checking in, late into the evening where most of us haven't ate dinner or perhaps a lunch, they were able to make sure we all had rooms and were able to serve dinner as well. I cannot say enough good things about service. Beyond that, the room felt a little dated. Walking into the room, there was a massive dead bug that caught the eye right away, the door handle was hanging off the door, and the automatic blinds seemed a little aged and worn. The main lobby did seem clean and I can't speak to the other rooms. I wouldn't say this was my favorite place but again, the service is incredible.
