Enjoy Suites

I booked with enjoy suites online. I heard A LOT of bad reviews: example: they take you to a different hotel. I walked around the block 3 times before i could find it. Check in process was weird. They had the guest names on a piece of paper. A woman signaled me to follow her to a different hotel around 20 meters away. The room was better than expected. It was clean and comfortable. There is definitely some shady businesses going on but I was glad it ended up well for me.

I love the city but this place is the worst you can go to. We booked 2 rooms for 3 people, but 2 people could not go. Even so we paid the two rooms, and we stayed 2 in each room. When we arrived, no one spoke English, so communication was very difficult, but this was not the worst. One day we arrived at the room and there were other people inside and the luggage was not in the room. We went to talk to the staff and they did not understand us in English. They called the "boss" and started joking with us as if it were normal. The luggage appeared in a room of two people, they moved it without our authorization because they needed the other room. We tried to find a solution and they did not give us any. Also the rooms have no privacy in the bathroom, the door is glass and does not close, and in the room upstairs you could hear rats on the roof.

they are thieves and they stole are money.the neighborhood is not safe for families and especially for the ladies.rooms were dirty and smalls. rooms did not look like what you see in the pics. we arrived just one quarter late but they said that it is against hotel policy and did not give our rooms to us.we had to spend the night finding the other hotel to stay.we claimed our money back but they did not care. the neighborhood was awful.I truly recommend you to not stay in this District.the owners were all mobs.
