Very much equipped rooms, better management, best food quality
Great location. Fun games on the ground floor. While the staff is friendly and mostly helpful, there is a weird culture of not delivering more than 2 mugs/glasses per room, no one knows the reason why. One of the staff members also adds up dishes to your old bill after you have already signed on it, they probably need training. They don't allow non-indian guests to visit due to some unknown Indian law which I have never heard of. The wifi was unreliable, kept dropping every few minutes. Unsafe electronics in the room, a TV exploded out of the blue in my mother's room. No one was injured but it is certainly not something that one expects in a hotel room. Fridges were dirty. The storage in the room is not adequate for more than 1 adult.
One of the worst place to stay , very very bad food quality, no proper reception area , surrounding location very bad and full of dust and garbage. Had very bad experience 😔
