Enorme Maya Beach Hotel Adults Only

We had an absolutely wonderful dinner this evening at the à la carte restaurant of Enorme Maya Beach Hotel. From the appetizers to the desserts, every dish was beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The entire staff was attentive, professional, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the evening. All of this in a stunning setting, right by the sea, with the sound of the waves creating the perfect atmosphere. We had an amazing time and can’t recommend it highly enough!

I booked this holiday for my girlfriend's 21st birthday celebration and it was exceptional. The hotel is situated perfectly in a quiet, relaxing area with various shops and restaurants in walking distance. The best part about the hotel is the staff. They are absolutely lovely, very calming, attentive and always wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Also, the pool area, accommodation and quality of food are all to a high standard. Professional, clean and elegant. We'd 100% recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay to get away from all of the stresses that life can bring. Thank you again Maya Beach! Our room had a sea view but had the volleyball court for the next door hotel right outside our room which was distracting. The room was small with very little storage, extra hangers & a clothes dryer were available when requested. The hairdryer is ancient & discoloured. It was clean & was good to have a fridge & safe. The bathroom towels were thin & small & really need replacing. The buffet is nice but often slow at being replenished, some evenings the desserts completely ran out at 8.45. Staff are lovely but the restaurant definitely felt short staffed at breakfast & in the evening, often plates weren’t cleared & guests took them to empty tables. The a la carte food was good, a shame it was only 1 visit for a 2 week holiday. The bar staff were friendly & efficient. The twice weekly entertainment in the bar was good. The pool is nice, the area around it is quite small & the sunbeds are often reserved by around 7am, towels left on beds with guests not arriving until mid morning or even lunchtime. This wasn’t managed by the hotel despite a sign in reception. The food & drink service at the pool was good. We were unable to have a late check out & there were no other rooms available for us to use on our last day, there is one shower by reception which can be used but it’s pot luck when it’s available & there’s no changing facilities or hairdryer. All in all it’s a pleasant hotel with friendly staff but it feels a bit tired.
