Enoshima Apartment Hotel

Stayed one night here. Free reserved parking is about 30m away so it’s suitable for those who drive. We asked for the ground / 1st floor unit as we had big luggages. It will be difficult to carry them up the stairs to the 2nd floor unit. Checking in and out were hassle free. There are 2 singles beds and enough futon beds for more. The futon bed (and indeed the entire unit) was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is a short walk to the restaurant district and beach area / bridge to Enoshima. Food is easily accessible. Also a few 24-h convenience stores scattered nearby. We didn’t use the train but one of the train / monorail station was just in front of the apartment. Very convenient and don’t worry about noise - it was a very quiet apartment. Oh and there’s free wifi too. All in all I’m glad we chose the apartment. It’s a good base from which to explore the area. Really great apartment and great location for Enoshima, Kamakura as well as trips to Yokohama Chinatown. Great communication in advance and everything was well described

We rented out the entire second floor, so it was very spacious, the room was kept clean, and the plumbing was nice. Air conditioners were located in the living room and bedroom, and there was also an air purifier in the bedroom. Cooking utensils (cooking appliances include toaster, rice cooker, kettle, microwave), tableware, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc. and amenities were also available. There was also a first aid kit, spare batteries, an extension cord, and a handy cleaner to remove dust when needed. There is also a washing machine, dryer, and hair dryer, making it ideal for long stays. The toilet (with a washlet) and the bath (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face and hand wash) are separate, and there are bath towels, towels, and towels for drying your hands in the toilet and kitchen, so you can feel like you're at home. The bed was also comfortable. Responses to inquiries were quick and I felt very at ease. There is a parking lot nearby and many restaurants (please be careful about the timings). Directly from Shonan Enoshima Station, about 3 minutes walk from Enoshima Station. To be honest, there is no convenience store nearby. We didn't have any trouble, but if you don't have a car and don't think the vending machines at the exit of the monorail station have your favorite drink, or if you need groceries, there is a famous Monaca store, a small supermarket, and a drug store just a short walk away (be careful of the times). Alternatively, if you go for a walk and go up the gentle slope in front of Enoshima Station, you will find a 7-Eleven on your left. Regarding the smell in the room, the door was tightly closed for security reasons, so when I checked in, I turned on the ventilation fan and opened the window before going out to eat. It will subside by the time you return. The owner must have opened the bathroom and toilet windows in advance. There was no strong odor. There was also a Japanese-style room that we didn't use. I was relieved to see information on nearby restaurants, etc. with handmade illustrations.
