The hotel is fantastic, has a great view, and has amazing food. Also, the paparazzi took pictures of my wife and me. The photographer, Dayane Nikolly, is great. She's awesome with Aquila (the seller), and she made our vacation memorable. I really appreciate all. Thank you.
No phone to contact the front desk, TV wasn't working, short of stuff, food was the worst, i pay for all inclusive and it was terrible. Too expensive for such a bad experience. Don't go there.
Food is terrible and hotel workers are lazy. Rooms very dirty. The worst vacation spot for a family. Get a regular hotel and eat in a different restaurant everyday. The last vou days of my stay I was getting IFood, I couldn’t tolerate that disgusting food anymore. We had food poisoning of eating undercooked. Bathroom is dirty, I have a disabled son that need to use the shower chair, I had to cover it with a towel to be able to seat him on it. Save your money and go somewhere clean and nice. I paid 18k for 5 day to have the worst experience.
