Enotel Santo da Serra

We loved everything about this hotel. The hotel is in a quiet place at the entrance of a small village. Everything around you is quiet and green. Very friendly staff. We had a beautiful and spacious room. Rain and normal shower. Coffee and tea. Refrigerator. Very comfortable and spacious bed. Because you are on the hillside it is nice and cool to sleep. We could sit outside with view on the garden. Great breakfast ranging from full English breakfast to porridge and fresh fruit. Dinner buffet was great too. Fish, meat and good salad bar. Desserts were excellent. There was a good indoor pool. Temperature outside the water and the water itself very comfortable. You can push a button for bubbles! Good Turkish bath and Finnish sauna in the pool area for free. Towels and robe available in your room for free. The hotel has very fast wifi! Free parking available. We would come back

It’s a calm location in the mountains. I loved the surroundings on the hotles’ territory- much green with birds singing all over the place. Amazing breakfasts, nice rooms. Very cool aquatic places with regular sauna and Turkish one, the swimming pool has hidromassage. The stuff was friendly:)

I added a secondary guest with no room upgrade and was charged more than 50 euros per day. The direct billing app was closer to 30 euros per day. I provided the manager with proof of the discrepancy and have heard nothing back. Felt like I was taken advantage of given I couldn’t cancel my reservation without paying for a nights stay.
