We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff is very helpful, attentive and not noticable in the best possible sense of the word. Things just work and get done. Loads of activities to occupy the kids. Big pool, smaller kids pool, very small shallow pool and 2 big playing rooms. Overall the hotel is a solid 4 star. Again, in the best possible sense of the word. Super relaxing!
We enjoyed our stay, 2 adults 2 children, extremely good food, all inclusive drinks and juices of great choice, clean hotel, clean spa, clean pools Slow service during meals, used and dirty plates left on table for long time, even after guests left the table. However, the food was extremely good.
This was our third time at the hotel, previously twice at Danubius. The hotel was very well renovated, the rooms were great but during our 3-day stay, the room was never cleaned (118), and some dishes were missing during meals, especially towards the end of the meal. The kitchen was good. The outdoor pools require renovation, the jets were damaged.The restaurant closed at 10 p.m., making it impossible to return to the room from the terrace. You absolutely have to go around the entire hotel.
