Entebbe Palm Hotel

Wonderful hotel. Best in Entebbe. The staff Is excellent, the food and drinks also and your gonna leave the hotel with a big smile. Thanks especially to the manager George. I Will come back here for sure!

A hidden gem. I stay here almost everytime I transit through Entebbe. Entebbe Palm Hotel has international standards and is a great place to stay in if you're looking for some privacy or quiet time. Location- UN staff Entebbe know that there aren't too many places you can go to without running into colleagues. Entebbe Palm Hotel offers that perfect peace where you have all the amenities, including a pool, a restaurant, a Spa, superb clean rooms, aromatic gardens, and great location, without the noise or interruptions. It is also centrally located, walking distance from Entebbe Golf Course, 5 mins car ride to Victoria mall, and 10 mins from airport. Very close to Entebbe Botanical Garden too. They offer a great deal for pick up and drop off from hotel. The hotel has a dedicated driver too. Rooms- Large, spacious, and clean. You can request for rooms with natural light. Windows have grills and wire meshes for security and to keep out insects while allowing you to enjoy the natural breeze. Beds have mosquito nets. Beds and linen are really like a spa hotel. Spa- Do not miss a Thai Massage/ Oil Massage at the spa. It is the most reasonably priced massage I have ever gotten, and for the quality of the treatment I think they deserve more credit. Both are trained masseuse from Thailand. Reliably the most authentic Thai spa treatment, and lots of people are regular clients to fix back problems or body aches. Restaurant- Authentic Thai food with fresh ingredients- galangal, lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves, Thai basil. Leaves you feeling fresh and light even after a heavy meal. They also have a great buffet lunch on Wednesdays. All the fresh herbs are sources locally and organically from the hotel's own garden. Internet- Might I add that it also has one of the best internet connections in Entebbe (good internet is not easy to come by in Entebbe. Most hotels have blocked streaming services like Netflix and Hulu). Entebbe Palm Hotel has unrestricted and fast internet. Service- The best part about this business is the service, especially the Management, Nok and Pat, who always make you feel welcome and are fantastic women. I wish them much success in their business!

Difficult to communicate with to make a reservation. I am trying, through email, to set up a two night reservation and the use of a room for a few hours before departing Uganda. Emails from the hotel do not address my questions and just send rake rates but no booking process. Rates through services, such as Booking.com are not consistent nor is there a way to reserve a day room. I prefer to deal directly with the hotel but they do not make it an easy process.
