A very beautiful hotel that I have now visited multiple times. The rooms have beautiful views on the lake and they have a very nice outside swimming pool and bar area. The food is good and the staff in the restaurant is very friendly. Overall the service is top and there are different area's in the hotel that you can use to relax and all have their own atmosphere. The very well managed Spa is excellent and the treatments are very good. Only small recommendation might be that in some area's of the rooms the wifi could be a bit stronger. Overall a great hotel that I will keep on revisiting and recommending.

Had the pleasure of staying in this hotel last week, and can only recommend it. The service was amazing. The room was super clean and great. The breakfast was the best! I could also enjoy the lake pool and sauna - even with a bit of a cold weather, the pool was nice on its 33 degrees :) My only suggestion to the hotel would be to include hair conditioners in the rooms. A hotel of this level deserves more than a single “body-hair wash” product - and three different products (body wash, shampoo and conditioner) should be available for guests.

The hotel is perfect, the rating for appearance, facilities, pools, various parts would be 20 as far as I'm concerned. The price-quality ratio is okay. The only complaint, and that's why it will get a rating of 4, is that you simply can't even chew your food and the waiter is hanging on your neck. Some of them speak English very poorly and that is why misunderstandings occur very often. However, I think that if you pay 5000 euros for a room for 7 days for two people, it should be different. As for the younger waiters, they speak even more languages ​​and are extremely professional, which is to say 'They are not breathing down your neck'. The other staff, the cleanliness of the guests, the girls at the reception, everything is 20/5, really. I would come again, if only to change the team of those two, three older waiters who are playing tricks around us in a very unprofessional way. The pools are very clean, there are 3 of them, intimate, perfect. I'm talking about the winter season. We will gladly come again, but we will insist that other waiters serve us. I would especially praise the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities of the hotel, as well as the young waiters. Everything is perfect except for a couple of waiters who spoil the impression a little.
