We stayed a week exploring Mendoza, we organised all our transfers and activities with the concierge team. It has that "white lotus" vibe, the grounds are spectacular. We stayed in one of their wine lodges just magical to be able to reach out and touch the grapes from our front deck. The restaurant is amazing, chef at breakfast and in the evening are very talented. Highly recommend booking their horse riding in the Andes experience, was our trip highlight. We also spent a day in the Uco Valley visiting vineyards with a driver which was the other big highlight. Come prepared to enjoy amazing wines and lots of delicious food, Argentinians won't let anyone go hungry!
Beautiful resort like property in an intimate setting. Service was great. Food very good and the property we'll maintained. Front desk did well at staying in touch and letting us know when our guides were on property for pick up. Very quiet and relaxing environment. Highly recommend.
My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this place in Mendoza. I decided to get the Flores Blancas cabin. The views & location were breathtaking but unfortunately, the air-con & jacuzzi had issues. If I'm spending $692 per night on a room (incl. taxes), I expect no problems. We got offered another room, but the other room is $100 less per night, so, we didn't want to sacrifice the experience we signed up for. Even after flagged the problem, nothing was fixed. There was no effort to compensate us in any way. Also, the restaurant was really disappointing. I would avoid this at all costs. Breakfast featured cold eggs every morning & eating there in the evening was overcooked steak. The staff were really friendly/nice and created a nice vibe but for the money, I don't think it's worth it.
