⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay here during our New York trip was nothing short of incredible! The highlight was definitely the stunning NYC skyline view right from our room — it felt like a scene straight out of a movie. The hotel was spotless, the staff was super welcoming, and the amenities were top-notch. We loved the gym and the pool — perfect way to unwind after exploring the city. Everything about our experience was amazing. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting NYC!

I don’t know why this hotel only has 4 out of 5 on Google. It’s phenomenal! It’s new, it’s clean, it’s upscale and modern, and it just makes you feel so good to stay there. The front desk is super nice and responsive. It’s right next to the ferry, so it’s super convenient to get into the city. The parking is easy (which is rarely the case around here) and the views are to die for. It’s also a great location to go for a run along the water. And for a city hotel in this congested area… the gym is actually a good and useable size. And they have a nice indoor pool and some kind of “Fitness on Demand” room. I’m impressed and will be back for sure. The area right here is a little sleepier, so it’s quiet and easy to get a good night sleep while enjoying the view of Manhattan. There’s a few restaurants nearby, but NYC is literally a 2 minute ferry ride away too.

Pros: View from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Hotel is in a great spot near the ferry and Lincoln tunnel Room was clean Bathroom was nice (even if it was a square toilet) Cons: Easily biggest con was that there was a party with BLASTING music and a loud DJ until after 11:30pm. Staff was very robotic and hard to communicate with. No early check in. Bed was just okay and the pillows were not that great. There wasn't a fridge in room. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Parking is next door in lobby without come and go rights. Wallpaper was peeling off in room. Overall is worth it IF you get a good price and if you get a room that's not above the party room.
