Ephesia Hotel

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of July. We had a fantastic time. The room was slightly dated but had everything we needed to have a comfort stay. Room was kept tidy and fresh towels provided most days. We are not fussy eaters and really enjoyed the food on offer. That includes the snacks available during the day around the beach bar and pool area. Most days we sunbathed in the garden area which was great for easy quick access to the sea or pool. Never had an issue securing sun loungers and umbrellas, no need to place towels at 7am. Most of the staff know enough English to get by but we never had any issues and the staff were friendly.

Great hotel, great service because we did ask for the balcony door to get a lock on it and it was fixed the day after. Mini club is nice for the children to entertain themselves with crafts and colouring and things. Special thanks to Neomi for making the mini club to a nice experience.

There was no ventilation in the corridors The repair was poor, especially the toilet and bathroom were bad, it was renovated 10 years ago, the toilet did not flush on the first day, we called them and they fixed it The lights often went out. Although the sea was 0, the beach was small, I did not like it The staff was excellent The food was normal, I did not have stomach aches. Almost everyone came with their families, young children, elderly parents.
