Epic Apart Hotel Seel Street

Came here for my medical at Prescot, couldn't ask for a better place/location. 2 minute walk from Hanover Q park, 1 minute walk from Tesco and 2 minute walk to the bars/restaurants. Security is really good too Left my celebration cake in the fridge when I left but I hope staff enjoyed it 😊 Will be back next year! Thanks for having me

The flats here are a great size, the beds are great and the shower is great. The issue is these guys love to email you daily for seemingly no reason. There's no Aircon so on hot nights you're going to melt. Other guests were also not the most considerate of your need to sleep.

Terrible experience and hotel room. As soon as we checked in and walked into the room, the room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and dander. I asked the “receptionist” via WhatsApp if they could clean the room and they came a dropped off a can of spray to help mask the smell. I couldn’t even stay in the room for 10 more minutes as I got an allergy and cough attack from the smoke. I asked for another room but there weren’t any available. I then proceeded to request a cancellation as well as a refund and they said no. I highly advise if you do not like cigarette smoke and/or are allergic, do not stay here. The room also did not have any windows so we couldn’t even open to help with ventilation.
