Epic Sana Algarve Hotel

I don't think I've been to a hotel that was this stunning in my life. Truly 5-star. The rooms are massive, so well appointed, and clean. Buffet was elite, the grounds are vast and stunning, the bars and restaurants are great and there's such a wonderful array, and the access to the beach was just *chef's kiss*. I honestly felt I was in a screensaver. I booked Epic SANA Algarve for a group reservation for around 20 or so people were thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort-style hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the entire property was meticulously maintained. The beach was stunning—soft sand, clear water, and a relaxing vibe. Just note that the beach chairs aren’t included; rentals range from €50–€100, so keep that in mind when planning your day by the water. The resort has multiple outdoor pools, as well as a nice indoor pool for cooler days. The gym is open 24 hours, which is great, but it’s a bit small for the size of the resort and tends to get busy—go early if you want to avoid the crowd. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was a solid start to each day. We tried the lunch menu once—it was decent, though more basic resort fare than we expected. Still, nothing to complain about. Overall, this is a fantastic resort with beautiful grounds and great amenities. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Mixed bag here... On the plus side: beautiful location and stunning beach and cliffs nearby, nice structure with comfortable and clean rooms, great view if you get a room on the top floor, very nice gardens and premises, friendly staff. On the not so great side: tons of families with small children (although they want to imply that they are a quiet, luxurious and relaxing hotel with space for adults only), adults only pool small and in the middle of all the action (with limited sunbeds), hefty prices at bar. Overall nice stay but definitely not as calm and relaxing as we thought it'd be.
