wonderful breakfast spread @ the buffet, rooms were clean. Staff were deligent, friendly, courteous and helpful. Even though the queue at the egg station kept lining up, the lady chefs remained calm and were quick to serve. Louische was great too. Can't wait to revisit . Thanks Sana, seems like a great management, everybody looked genuinely happy.
I spent a little over three weeks here. Great hotel! The room service is excellent, the restaurants offer exquisite dishes, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean and Luanda's sprawling skyline. The location is also excellent, with both a shopping mall and the beach within easy reach.
Claims to be a 5 star hotel but some of the staff have absolutely no courtesy when they talk. This was the water coming out of the taps in my room. No action was taken even after informing the staff about the same. Absolute disappointment 👎👎
