I have had a night in this hotel ,, Generally it’s fine and close to the downtown .. buses stations , Metro station and many shops like restaurants and groceries. The room is enough, not that one seems big, I loved mostly the location and found it completely nice and clean. The hotel’s system was pretty and the reception prepared and finished all things at once and handed me the card and Internet information.
Well located hotel, very clean room and comfortable bed. The superior room is also quite spacious. However, we had huge issue with the Wi-Fi connection as there was low to no signal which is really inconvenient, especially when roaming is so expensive in Georgia for EU and UK tourists. Our check out experience was also awkward. We were asked to wait for the receptionist to check the room before we could go, only for him to come back saying that we ate a Kit Kat and had to pay 10 GEL which is like x5 up the price you would pay normally. It is not about the money we had to pay but the unnecessary effort for the hotel to make money out of a chocolate? Overall a really not memorable experience especially for a 4 star hotel.
