We arrived at the hotel and were initially disappointed with the room view. We spoke to the receptionist, and they were very understanding and promptly upgraded our room free of charge, which we truly appreciated. The next morning during breakfast, the Customer Relations Manager, Krishna, personally came to check in with us and ensure we were satisfied with our stay. His professionalism and attention to guest satisfaction made a great impression.

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for an extended period of over 10 nights , and I can confidently say it felt like a second home. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive — they always greeted me with a smile and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. From housekeeping to reception, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Special thanks to the team for always going the extra mile. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and always fresh. But more than anything, what made this stay truly memorable was the personal connection and relationship I built with the team. It wasn’t just about hospitality — it was genuine care. I truly felt welcomed, respected, and appreciated as a guest. Thank you Mr Chris for making my stay amazing
