Great hotel, i stayed for 4 days, the service was great, the staff were very polite and professional, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Great for arab visitors because the toilet has (شطاف), they have a beautiful garden. i have some suggestions , the rooms has no telephones and i think because they want to be different hotel and that’s right, they are different and modern, but you must have a way for guest to communicate with the reception, like a barcode or something i can put my order or anything. Thanks for all the staff, they made my stay worth repeating.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights with my mother. (Most of the hotel guests were of Arab nationalities.) Positives: 1. The hotel is very clean and quiet. 2. There are bidets in the room bathrooms, but not in the public restroom on the ground floor. 3. The food is very delicious and halal for Muslims. 4. The hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly. 5. The check-in and check-out process is smooth and takes less than a minute. 6. The hotel has a gym and a small garden. 7. Hot water is always available in the shower for bathing. Negatives: 1. There is no kettle or fridge in the hotel room (but hot water is always available on the ground floor). 2. The hotel’s location is great, but there is no private parking or luggage assistance. You have to carry your own luggage and cross the street to where the driver can park. It wasn’t an issue for us as we had few bags, but it might be inconvenient for families with lots of luggage.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price This hotel looks beautiful in the photos, but the reality is quite different. The rooms are extremely basic and poorly equipped for the price you’re paying. There is no fridge, no kettle, no wardrobe, no desk or chair, and even the curtains are not blackout, making it difficult to sleep. There seem to be electrical issues, as all our chargers overheated and there was a constant crackling noise in the room. No complimentary toiletries were provided — not even basic items like soap, shampoo, or toothbrushes. A mysterious liquid was poured into the shower dispenser, but it broke off as soon as we touched it. The sink is ridiculously small, and water splashes everywhere when washing your face, soaking anything on the counter. The bathroom door creaks loudly, waking up everyone in the room if you use it at night. The floor feels hollow, like it’s made of cardboard — you hear every step. Soundproofing is awful. You can hear absolutely everything from the hallway and the neighbouring rooms. There was also a ceiling light fixture that didn’t work. While the interior design of the hotel is stylish, it doesn’t make up for the poor functionality and lack of comfort. There’s no phone in the room, so the only way to reach reception is by physically going downstairs. You only get one pillow per person, which was uncomfortable, and only one socket next to the bed, which is really inconvenient. The bar serves only capsule coffee, which was terrible — fortunately, there’s a decent café nearby. The window barely opens, just a small crack, and the Wi-Fi was unusable — video calls were impossible. We requested a late checkout (1:00 PM instead of 12:00) and were told it would cost an extra 95 GEL, which felt unreasonable given the already poor experience. Absolutely no flexibility or sense of hospitality. There are much better hotels in the same price range that offer far more comfort, convenience, and customer care. Sadly, this place doesn’t live up to its photos or its price. It may be okay for a one-night stay, but definitely not recommended for anything longer.
