EQ Kuala Lumpur

We had a wonderful stay at EQ! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were a group of six across three rooms, and they kindly arranged for us to be on the same floor, which made things so much easier. The rooms were lovely—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful acknowledgment of our upcoming 35th wedding anniversary. It was such a nice touch! Breakfast was included in our booking, and the selection was outstanding—something for everyone. We also really enjoyed our cocktails at Sky51; the view from up there is absolutely breathtaking. The only small downside was the pillow. I found it a bit too firm for my liking, and the extra pillow in the wardrobe was memory foam, which isn’t my preference. A pillow menu would have made the stay perfect—but honestly, that’s a very minor detail. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly return. I’m already looking forward to the next time!

We spent our honeymoon here and we enjoyed every second of it with the great hospitality of staff and hotel. Also, highly recommend taking lounge access since you will have access to various stuff like afternoon tea, or more private of twin tower view, but also because of the hospitality of the staff who unfortunately I don’t remember their name but there were 2 women and 4 men. They were all super polite, helpful and friendly and put every effort to make you smile.

The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers, and we loved having a direct view of them from our room throughout our stay. As an Indian vegetarian family, we were initially a bit concerned about food options, but EQ pleasantly surprised us. The breakfast spread had multiple options catering specifically to Indian tastes, and the in-room dining menu was equally accommodating. The rooms are truly world-class, equipped with the latest technology and designed for comfort. The thoughtful layout, with a separate toilet and bathroom area, was a big plus for us as a family of three adults and a young child. What truly stood out was the hospitality. From booking to check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and efficient. We were even offered an early check-in – a rare gesture in Malaysia – which made a huge difference since we were there for a longer stay. A heartfelt thanks to the entire EQ team for making our stay so memorable. Can’t wait to return!
