Planned a party with high expectations after having a wonderful marriage function in 2018. But now i am too disappointed with this party event in 2025. During these years literally the hotel service degraded. Room provided was not clean, dim lights, ac not working properly, broken mirror, smelly bathroom. The decoration & dj was charged a hefty amount but the service poor. Exhibition was held in side-by hall but the arrangements to stop exhibition visitors from entering private hall was pathetic despite big promises. The food was 3-star rating. Asked for coffee-without sugar thrice but was served with a cup with double quantity of sugar. Waiters service was very disappointing even a snail would be faster than that. Gigantic bills, false promises but the service a big disappointment. Huge amount but no receipt.

Most pathetic hotel experience ever... Even though staff was quite courteous but they were unable to make up for the infrastructure related issues... We had to change multiple rooms and settle for 2 rooms with minimal problems like... 1. Bathroom gate lock not working - problem multiple room and standard response - carpainter not available now. So for your privacy you can opt to singing while in wash room. 2. One of the rooms bathroom had a large glass window but no curtain so privacy wasn't clearly on the top of hotel managements agenda. 3. AC's dripping water in floor after a hour of run.. at the night, the sound would give you an illusion that you are near a waterfall... Leaving entire floor extremely slippery so be careful, if you need to get up at night for washroom.. the trip may become adventurous.. 4. Rooms in pathetic shape, furniture, wall paint, carpeting outside, almost everything was shouting out lous asking for renovations... 5. Breakfast - not worth having... We end up deciding to eat somewhere out after one of tried it ahead of others.. incidently the staff managing breakfast area was quite a confused character.. he added breakfast on our rooms for some additional ppl.. but this was sorted quickly once we mentioned, we were not there.. 6. Hot water kettle not working in one of our rooms. 7. Refrigerators were taken away from all rooms but at booking portal, they show as available in rooms. The list can be continued further but I shall stop here now as this indication should be sufficient... The reception area is reasonably good but as soon as you reach your room, there will be a lot of surprises in store for you... The staff should be well aware of all these problems as these are basic complaints they must be getting from all guests.. but seems like they have been trained well to act innocent , so they would always be surprised when you complain and mention, the staff his not here now but will get this resolved quickly tomorrow and so on...

First excess service Bill add & Bill cancel after payment done. Most funny movement after all this payment not refund to customer. I think I need to send a search party, or if there's any special checkout procedure required for refunds. Great management who manage the account. After 01 year i stay in your hotel with my 2 colleague & found no change except calendar. 😂😂 In CP plan breakfast given like OYO hotel.
