beautiful hotel ⭐️❤️ we rested in the largest apartments. very friendly staff. All our requests were fulfilled efficiently and quickly. they even wished me a happy birthday with a bottle of champagne and desserts ❤️❤️❤️ great location! I recommend
Very helpful stuff, especially lady Antonia and man in white shirt, sadly I forgot his name. Place was clean, everyone was so nice. They told us everything we wanted to know. Overall extremely great place to stay when you’re in Napoli. Thanks for guesting us! Greetings from polish motorcyclists!
1. Most of the front desk people are nice, but there is one woman who gives the distinct impression she is looking down her nose at you. I don't know if this is because I am a brown woman and Naples has never seen a skin tone darker than sand or if I'm a foreigner or what but it was not welcoming at all. 2. When we first walked into the hotel room, the doorknob fell off the door. Also, the bed wasn't made. 3. That gorgeous, bright blue pool in the Google photos no longer exists. Don't be deceived by the photo, because the pool has fallen into severe disrepair since whenever that photo was taken. It's dried up and dirty, and, obviously, unusable. 4. The AC didn't work in our room. 5. My roommate found a cockroach in the shower. 6. This isn't the fault of the hotel but please be aware of where you are staying in Naples. This hotel is located about 30 minutes outside of the city center, and there are no taxis in circulation outside the city, so they have to be called in from the city via phone at the front desk. A taxi that has to venture outside the city center has a 50 euro flat rate, so make sure you bring cash, and lots of it. And also make sure you have enough plans for the day (and enough phone charge, water, etc.) when heading into the city, because once you are there, you won't want to spend another 50 euros for a ride back to the hotel. 7. Stay at the Villa Buonanno instead! It's about ten minutes away, and it's gorgeous. You'll really feel like you're in Italy.
