Five stars all the way! From my first interaction, I was impressed by the high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The communication was clear, prompt, and helpful. What really stood out was the genuine friendliness and respect I received — it makes a huge difference. Everything was handled smoothly and with care. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, and that passion shows in the results. It’s not often you come across such consistently excellent service these days. This is definitely a business I’ll return to and recommend to others without hesitation. A truly pleasant and seamless experience!
Had a fantastic stay at this hotel for two weeks. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely room with Balcony over looking swimming pool number 288. Breakfast was a set menu you could pick from each morning. Swimming pool clean and clear water. The only down side was coffee shop closed and no evening restaurant. But will stay here again.
Stayed here for one night before leaving to Phuket and we enjoyed it. We had the best nights sleep here and loved the interior of the hotel. The staff was also really lovely and attentive :)
