Our stay here was great. The staff was really nice and helpful. We came by bike and they had a safe garage for our bikes. Since we booked the cheapest rooms in Erbil, we did not know what to expect. But Nightview hotel exceeded our expectations by a lot. It’s value for money is amazing. You also get a nice breakfast with a fantastic view. I would definitely recommend coming here.
The room was dirty. The toilet was dirty. I had to go to the reception to ask for cleaning. The 4th time, the cleaner/janitor came and he says we had customers, that’s why it is unclean. And he just changed the bedsheet. What an excuse?! And I booked it online 2 weeks ago prior to my arrival. You don’t know when your customers arrive? You can’t manage that?
The hotel was not clean as it should be. Even they gave me a discount, but that does not mean that it was a good stay. The floor was not clean, there was even a sticky gum there. The bed sheets are so old and not clean. The telephone and the bulb were not working properly. I do not recommend the one in Shoresh street unless they renew it. I saw another room, it was dirty, then I choose the less worse room.
