Room was large, perfectly presented, clean with every comfort you could want. The service from every member of staff was exceptional. The location was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

we stayed here for 3 nights last year while visiting Italy for the first time. room was spacious and clean and the staff very nice. the breakfast was also very good selection and fresh. very nice hotel. we are returning next month and will use the hotel restaurant this time as our young daughter who was with us will only eat chicken nuggets lol.

Great location and clean property with very good service. If I was to make any suggestions - I would recommend the hotel look into providing more plugs by bedsides for phone charging/convenience - today we use our phones for alarms and having them at bedside is almost a necessity. The bathroom had very little space for toiletries for a couple for a week with no counter space and a small glass shelf between shower & toilet - it would be a second suggestion to improve counter space. The other suggestion is to replace the hair dryers - the older models are not adequate, although I was able to ask and receive a great hand-held blow dryer for use as I have longer and thick hair it would have taken me over an hour to dry my hair. The room was spacious to accommodate us for the week with two large suitcases and we functioned quite well. We enjoyed our stay!
