5 Stars! Our second stay at Eresin Hotel Sultanahmet and everything is absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff go above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need, always with a friendly smile. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the city. Every detail was carefully thought out to provide maximum comfort. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – just steps away from Istanbul’s most iconic landmarks like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Breakfast is a daily highlight, with a delicious selection of fresh and high-quality dishes. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is both elegant and relaxing. This hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way. We highly recommend Eresin Hotel Sultanahmet to anyone visiting Istanbul. We will definitely be coming back! First time for husband and I in Istanbul. We were upgraded to a sizeable suite on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Apart from the jacuzzi bath which needs replacing as it’s seen better days as well as some of the furniture our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is basic but filling and all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a brilliant location for transport and also walking distance to the Hippodrome Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia , Basillica Cistern Grand Bazzar and Topkapi Palace and there are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Perfect base for sightseeing! I would definitely return to this hotel and would highly recommend.

Wifi is meh we had to go near the door just to get good Wi-Fi the suite room connected to another room is very spacious and when we order room service all the food from outside is cold. But the room is spacious the location is great as Ayasofya blue mosque basilica cistern are all close. The staff give us directions when we need them but one lady just came into the room for cleaning she knocked on the door and we didn’t respond quickly so she came in on us. But overall it has bad wifi service is slow spacious rooms and a little of smell from bathroom I would give it 4 or 3.8 stars not 5 stars.
