We stayed at Eresin Hotel with family during our return trip to Canada and left with nothing but great memories. The building and rooms may be a little dated, but they’re exceptionally clean and extremely well maintained. The real gem of this hotel is the staff—so friendly, curious, and genuinely helpful. They welcomed us with such warmth that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was fantastic, offering an endless variety of delicious items to choose from—easily one of the best spreads we’ve had. Highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality, cleanliness, and memorable service!

I had a wonderful stay and was truly impressed by the level of hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. I’m especially grateful for the courtesy discount offered—it was a kind and thoughtful gesture. Everything from check-in to cleanliness was top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Thank you for the great service!

The hotel is located quite far from the main attractions, but it’s conveniently close to train stations and the bus drop-off point. The room size is generous, which I appreciated. However, I didn’t enjoy the stay much because the room faced an apartment building right next door, making it impossible to open the curtains for privacy reasons. I requested to move to another room, but was told the hotel was fully booked. I strongly recommend avoiding rooms on the back side of the building. Overall, the service was decent.
