Honestly there is not a single negative thing about this place! They welcomed us with cake and a drink and that already set the tone for the whole stay! Staff is very helpful, super friendly, very attentive and English speaking. The whole vibe is very cozy and welcoming. The room that we we got was very spacious and even with a walk in closet. Everything was super clean. The food here was spot on, I don’t think I can make it justice with this review. Good portions, everything seasoned to perfection and so much variety! I got a bit obsessed over their breakfast homemade muesli. The wellness area looks very modern with lots of sections so there is definitely something for everyone. I especially appreciated the textile sauna area. Then let’s talk about service. The attention to detail showed was mind blowing. After the first night they remembered our preferences, for example that my husband likes to drink red wine and the next evening the correct wineglass was already placed at the table. Definitely will come back!

Extraordinary hotel with exceptional attention for details. We felt that everything was perfect, the spacious and comfortable room, the indoors and outdoors heated pools and the gourmet food.

Nice family in true German tradition. Service is exceptional, breakfast bar is second to none an tea is something to look for.
