Erica Nha Trang Hotel

Our recent stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The facilities provided were top-notch, including a hot spring that added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. The housekeeping service was exceptional, ensuring our room was always tidy and comfortable. Although the bathroom could use some improvement, it did not significantly impact our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its great value for money and would gladly return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Erica Hotel. Its location is almost perfect, close to everything yet far enough from the city and beach bar noise. The rooftop pool, though small and charming, was practically private as there were hardly any other users. With just four lounge chairs, two of which are in the water, the setting felt exclusive. The views from the rooftop were breathtaking! The restaurant or bar next to the pool was not open so I can't say anything about it. While the breakfast was somewhat bland and greasy, the wide variety of options ensured we always found something to enjoy. I particularly recommend the soups—they were delicious. The service was excellent, and the rooms were well-sized for families. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Very bad service. There was a group of more than 10 drunk people kicking walls, doors, and other rooms' doors, shouting and screaming continuously for 30 minutes at 10pm. I called the front desk twice, but they took no action to resolve the situation. While I was looking for the police's phone number, they left.
