We loved our experience here. Room was comfortable, quiet and cozy, and also quite spacious (we took the Schlern room). Food was everyday amazing, from breakfast to dinner. The Sauna area was modern and really nice. We used it everyday. The convenience was outstanding. We went there by bus from Munich to Bozen and there we took the public transport, which stops literally at the hotel's door (station is called Erica), so you don't even need a car (unless you plan to be out in the wild after 18). To the skigebiet you just say what time you want to go and when to come back and the hotel shuttle (free) will take you there in 10 min. If you need equipment, you rent it in the store 5 min down the road and it will be available for you in the hotel's depot, right in front of the shuttle, so you don't even need to bring your own shoes to the lifts as it is really door to slopes and slopes to door. The ski passes were also provided by the hotel (of course you pay for it yourself). Super convenient and stress free! I would recommend it 100%!
Hotel is overall good, Plus: you can eat well and diversified. For dinner Good salad buffet plus a menu. Multiples sauna option with wonderful relaxation chairs, good self-service tea corner with dried fruits u can enjoy while doing spa. Hotel organize nice free tours with professional guide . We enjoyed two withe guide Moris, it was really fun special the sun rise tour. Staff is discreet and polite. Minus: spa treatments are to avoid. I did facial cleaning and got immediately huge spots on my front head 😱 manicure pedicure and other treatments were not that good.
The hotel was in a beautiful spot and the rooms were quite tidy and nice. But the staff was far from friendly and the food was not quite what you would think of the fine italian cuisine. Especially the staff in the wellness area was quite awkward and did not like social contact to the guests as it seemed, even tough they are the ones most frequently in contact with them. An ok hotel for skiing all in all. Not worth the money.
