Excellent stay! The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Special thanks to the restaurant team for their outstanding service. The room was spotless, and the location — with sea view and close to the marina — was perfect.

Highly recommend this hotel! Fabulous location overlooking the ocean promenade…staff is wonderful…can speak English and is very friendly and welcoming…room was very well-appointed and most importantly the bed was very comfortable! Ponente, their on-site restaurant, served a beautiful full Turkish breakfast and their dinner menu has so many choices…the kofte were excellent ! Thank you Ertan Hotel for helping to make my time in Cesme very special ❣️

This is undeniably the best location in the town center. It is situated on the promenade and a four minute walk to the marina’s shops and eateries , the fortress, a children’s park, as well as essential shops in the town. The harbor view is superb with visibility of the Greek island of Chios ( a short ferry ride), and is flanked by excellent seafood restaurants. Staff members are very friendly , kind and speak English. The breakfast is excellent and is served inside or on the large seaside deck. The rooms are very clean with air conditioning and heat for year round comfort. A fitness room is being built. The hotel has a generator which is also a plus. I stayed for two months , and would like to thank the excellent staff.
