Comfortable, quiet, clean, friendly, amazing location, sauna, breakfast, accommodating to our needs and requests. It is not an ultra-luxurious hotel, but loaded with classy charm for a modest budget. I've paid twice as much for far worse hotels; this was such a pleasant surprise for a relaxing long weekend getaway. Would definitely recommend and return!
We arrived after a long drive, checked in, and then wanted to eat at the hotel restaurant (on Thursday), which closed at 9 or 10 PM, depending on where you find the information.At 7:30pm when we went the restaurant was already closed. The person at the reception recommended us to go to another restaurant nearby, as he didn't know why it was closed. Otherwise everything is nice and good
The hotel doesn't have their own restaurant, the one in the building is operated by a completely different company. Waiters are rude to the guests, not helpful at all. It goes so far that they don't allow guests to sit at the tables that are set with dinner cutlery and wine glasses during breakfast, even though there are no available tables left. The hotel offers vegan and vegetarian options for breakfast, but the restaurant refused to serve such options. If the hotel doesn't have any involvement in what the restaurant does, maybe they should start offering room options without breakfast for a reduced price. Hotel reacted to the complaint and we got the breakfast. Thanks again to the hotel manager for reacting promptly.
