We stayed four nights at this gem of a hotel. Belén the charming hotel manager is the heart and soul of the hotel and made us very welcome and suggested where to go and what to see and where to eat. The restaurants she suggested were awesome. The rooms were very comfortable, and spacious. The rooms at the back are quieter. The breakfast was excellent and looked after by a wonderful señora who also was in charge of housekeeping and cleaned all six of the rooms. Es Mercadal is a lovely small town, with a great sense of community. The kids all play football in the square. There are some good shops and cafes
Belen is a great host. Offered many suggestions for what to do during our stay. Even lend us a beach umbrella. The room and beds are quite comfortable. Only thing to improve is the bathroom cleaneliness. Hard water spots and mold in bathroom due to lot of humidity. Good breakfast buffet.
Small select hotel in the centre of a typical Menorcan town. Hotel only offered bed and breakfast, the room was comfortable and the breakfast standard local fare. Bars and restaurants all very local. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
