Beautiful, idyllic location. Gorgeous grounds. Sufficient parking. Had a great one-night stay there and would return! Breakfast was delicious. We were not allowed to eat breakfast outside on the terrace and were told we could not take coffee there either (I suppose it's easier to keep clean that way) but it was not a problem, we just ate then were free to roam the beautiful grounds.

Wonderful hotel near the village at Deia. Pros: - We got a room with a very big terrace and we could host friends over in the evening - They have a private beach — “muleta” that has super clear waters, a fantastic kitchen , and they provide transport to / from. Really loved this part of the trip! - Great indoor / outdoor bar that let you stay there way late - Amazing views - Large pool 24 hrs - Tennis court with a great view and has table tennis - Really friendly staff Cons - Seems somewhat short on on staff, in particular at the Muleta where the waiters seemed very stressed - Rooms are outdated, not a luxury feel - No hair conditioner or lotion provided - Only two bottles of free water when you first check in - Location is ok but slightly inconvenient as it’s about 15 min walk from the town where the restaurants are

Good location outside of Deia and nice views. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are very dated, unless you get one of the remodeled ones, which are more expensive (Tramuntana rooms). All rooms are also pretty noisy, doors are not very well insulated. Reception is great and very friendly, but the rest of the service is lacking - housekeeping is not very thorough (pretty much just makes the bed) and room service/restaurant service is not very good. Multiple times when placing an order (to the room and at the restaurant) I was told that there was way too much work and was essentially guilt tripped for placing an order. I sympathize with personnel being very busy, but not sure complaining to guests is the way to go.
