Es Saadi Marrakech Resort Hotel

My room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was served in the outdoor courtyard each day. Freshly made omelettes and crepes, however the coffee was disappointing.

Location was only 15 mins from the airport. Reception seemed slow and confused. Did not communicate well despite having good English. Front desk just kept typing in something in the computer despite all info being given beforehand. Room had a good size and clean but was old and needed a serious upgrade. Water pressure for shower was low and temperature kept going up and down while showering. Amenities were complete. Drinking water is limited, you get one 1,5 liter water bottle on first day only. Must buy water for subsequent days at jacked up price. Carrefour supermarket is 700 m nearby. Ordered room service and food was expensive but good quality. Staff has limited English so they cant help communicate to taxi drivers or if you have direction questions. Breakfast was nice, variety was extensive. However coffee was lackluster.

Kept charging my credit card after I had paid the final bill and left. Notifications started while I was at the airport. Then refused to communicate for two weeks, and a month later is still avoiding. Processing fraud through the credit card.
