We didn’t get the chance to stay overnight, but we had a reservation and showed up at the hotel. They were very transparent and upfront about an issue with the room — which we really appreciated, especially at this level of service. When we told them we’d prefer to move to another hotel, they were helpful and understanding. The location is excellent — close to everything!

A prime location in the middle of everything. A cozy room how ever not all housekeepers are good. “Thaiis” a young hard working lady is the best housekeeper. She is keen to provide a 10/10 cleaning service. Wifi is terrible; it always disconnects every two minutes i had to buy an extra data roaming package from my country operator. Some staff at the reception were helpful others were careless and grumpy. The AC was weak and they had to bring in a fan that i never used. Cleanliness of my room in general deserves a 8/10.

Reserved through booking.com. this hotel required pre-deposit in advance. But we could never get their code to work. The hotel is in a good location, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Restaurant: we tried to have breakfast there, and the waitress asked if we had a reservation. We said no and she kind of stomped around and went to find out if they would seat us. She came back and said we could order the pastries but that was all. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. That was not a good experience. We were not told that we needed to make a reservation in advance when we checked in. She was rude.
