Escape to the Beach

An unforgettable stay! The accommodation was absolutely stunning — modern, yet cosy and thoughtfully designed. Every detail felt both luxurious and functional. The service was outstanding; Sarie and Lyle are exceptional hosts who truly make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. I could easily have stayed for weeks if I had the chance. Plus, the beautiful views and easy access to the beach made the experience even more perfect. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had a wonderful time at the escape to the beach. Not only the fantastic location & service, the very stylish furnishings and extensive facilities (including a full bar free of charge and very good wines), a breakfast that is certainly one of the best ever, but especially an incredibly friendly and empathetic hostess Sarie & team, who made it all a simply outstanding experience. Amazing stay! My husband and I can’t speak highly enough of Escape to the Beach guesthouse, an absolute highlight of our trip to South Africa. The staff are friendly and attentive, always offering to help and ensuring you have everything you need. The breakfast is lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The view from the sea facing rooms and outside area is just incredible. The entire house is beautifully maintained and truly a 5 star experience. We can’t wait to come back again!!
