The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with rooms perfectly prepared for relaxation, cleaned daily, and offering fantastic ocean views from the first-floor rooms. The pools are well-maintained, and the staff ensures guests don't feel disturbed while relaxing. The adults' section is strictly forbidden from infants and small children, with their screaming and constant jumping into the water. The nearest beach, La Zamora, is about 1.5-2 km from the hotel. The beach is great, but accessible via stairs, making it unsuitable for families with strollers. It has black sand and plenty of pebbles, and there's a beach shower. A fantastic place.

It is a 45 minute coach journey from the airport. The hotel is huge. 7 massive pools. 5 on the family side. 2 on the adult only side. The pools are huge. The sun loungers circle each pool. There was no 8 am mad rush for sun loungers. If you rocked up at 10 or 11 you would still find one with a cover/shade. Food was varied, booze was free flowing. Room cleaned daily and to a high standard Very good hotel , and I would not hesitate to return

We arrived to this beautiful resort in the evening to a very little lit hotel from the outside - later I came to a conclusion not to cause light pollution- stars are just amazing in the sky there. We had been greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady at the reception. We had a family room which actually are 2 hotel rooms jointly with a door - both with a balcony and partial ocean view which you can hear in the night with the doors open as well as the birds singing in the morning. I am a very tall person and the enormous bed gets 5stars from me in terms of comfort- I completely reset my batteries after a week of superb sleep. We did not ask to change our bed sheets during the stay ( I have very sensitive skin and new sheets can cause irritation) but every morning there was a lady to assist - you just need to leave a card on a pillow if you want your sheets changed. Restaurant service offered a great variety of local and continental dishes to choose from every day. When entering you will be greeted by the receptionist and they will give you allocated table which is great in my experience since you get in there and there is an order. At busy times a little wait which is acceptable. Pools are just fabulous and so many to swim in - no hint of chlorine and crystal clear. We did not stay by the heated one. But the rest were warm enough for us and our 3 kids under 8. The Weather - it can get cloudy but still feels warm and it does change pretty quickly to a hot sun. We had a rain storm one evening and it can be very slippery with certain shoes when wet so take extra care when walking on the tiles. Overall we had an amazing stay - our first time visiting this beautiful green island and definitely loved it. Hard working friendly hotel staff is definitely their treasure. The resort is wast and we lived very close to the restaurant. Walking around and admiring all the plants and trees is just so nice. One more point - it is steep to walk around - I personally enjoyed burning my legs pushing the pram up the hill but they have electric carts and I’ve seen people being driven up and down - so if you need assistance I’m sure they will help.
