Eser Diamond Hotel & Convention Center

This is not for 5 star hotel maybe for 2. Room is big but everything is old and need to replace it. Bathroom is also in bed condition. Toalet and Toalet seat are in bed condition and Toalet brush also. Lights in the coridor in front of the rooms almoust dont work so you can not easy find your room number. Breakfest is very poor. One morning they dudnt have butter any more. Staff doesnt speak english and they are like they dont want to work. Ouside swiminng pools looks nice exept that one for babies. Big hotel but in very bad condition. So only positiv was bed. Everything else was very very bad.

I stayed here last week, dissapointed. First of all, very stranded. I know maybe they can’t do much about it but it’s hard to go somewhere. Second, the rooms. They were okay at first but then the next day they came “cleaning”, roomservice. They only made up the beds, the room was still a little dusty. Also there is a sign in the toilet where it says that they only change towels if they are on the ground. We left the towels hanging on the hanger, but they changed them. But not into clean ones, they had big period blood stains… also they gave one less. Next the food, it’s very expensive and it doesn’t taste nice. The staff are kind of useless. Also the build of the whole thing is kind of bad, the waterslides are kind of shaky and look wacky, like they could collapse any moment. They say that this is Türkiye’s most clean and hygienic aqua park… well i don’t agree one bit. The pools are disgusting, there are many swimming trashes and big hairballs in it. Also it has a lot of chlorine, like a lot. I don’t know why they call this 5 star diamond hotel, it’s pretty trash… Btw im a minor writing this so yeah…

Definitely the worst hotel I have ever been. If it had one star, it would have been OK, but they are showing five stars! From the amenities, the steam room is not working, the pool is cold and full of chlorine. The restaurant: they serve beverages in paper cups! The food is plentiful but is absolutely not edible. The rooms are relatively clean, but urgently need serious maintenance. The staff is friendly, but this does not change the overall impression of a horror house.
