Eshott Hall

We spent a fantastic weekend celebrating our son and his fiance's wedding. The accommodation was excellent, the setting very beautiful and the staff were excellent and so helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. They even had a bed and toy ready for our dog . I can't rate the team highly enough. They really went out their way to make a special day even more so. The breakfasts were great with plenty of choice and the wedding meal was excellent. Every part of the day was perfect . Highly recommended and thank you to all the staff who worked tirelessly.

We stayed for two nights and had two breakfasts and dinners. Food was excellent, the servings were a little large for us. Service was good. Ballroom restaurant was very pretty. We did arrive an hour before check-in and rather than being greeted and told we could wait in the bar or lounge, and we were left feeling like we had to go wait in the car; the receptionist did call us as soon as our room was ready though.

Stunning main house and exterior views but unfortunately there was a slight damp smell in the lodge house room where we stayed. Didn’t mind the walk to the main house as the views are stunning and the grounds exceptionally manicured. Would love to be able to stay longer and play a game of croquet… The staff were amazing and knowledgeable about the history of the house which was nice to chat about over a great brandy!!! Breakfast was delicious and just the right portion size.
