I had an extremely positive experience with this hotel. I cannot confirm what some of the more negative reviewers here are describing. The room was clean and comfortable. The clerks were extremely nice, helpful and attentive. The hotel is also well located and I was able to reach all my desired destinations comfortably. And lastly, the breakfast selection was great. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Ankara.
The room was typical, functional with things not properly repaired. Our tub leaked waster all over the floor. The air conditioner was a joke, nonexistent. 31 in Ankara, and the room was, too, even with the a/c on full blast. Breakfast was amazing, with a great spread of food, and the lady kept it well stocked.
When we first checked in, we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned but we quickly got another room which was fine. However, there was no plug for the bathtub and the staff couldn't understand when we tried to ask for one and simply told us to just fill the tub.
